Michael Roark, who has made a name for himself in starring in multiple productions in the streaming service, Passionflix, is making a return to his daytime TV roots. Soap Opera Digest has confirmed that Roark is joining the Peacock soap, “Days of our Lives.”
A spokesperson for “DAYS” released this statement:
“Yes, Michael Roark has been taping but won’t be seen on-air until the first week of October. No comment about the role he is playing nor the storyline in which he is involved. Stay tuned!”
Roark first got attention from daytime audiences for his role as Travis Crawford on, “The Young and the Restless,” who was intended to be a love interest for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). After leaving the soap, the actor would appear in multiple series and films that can be streamed on Passionflix, including, “Driven,” and, “The Black Dagger Brotherhood,” where he plays the role of Butch. Based on the New York Times Best Seller, a brotherhood of vampire warriors protects their race from demonic lessers. United by tragedy, the few remaining fighters confront the lessers, striving to restore the vampire realm.
