News that fans have been waiting for has officially dropped this morning…multi-platinum singer/songwriter Jason Derulo is set to headline this year’s FANDOM party in San Diego. He will take the stage as he kicks off FANDOM’s 20th anniversary, as well as celebrating Z2’s graphic novel, “Jason Derulo’s Uzo.” With 22 platinum singles and more than 250 million records sold, Derulo has become one the music industry’s most influential artists.
Prior to the event, fans will be able to see FANDOM on the convention floor during Comic-Con with the panel, “What Video Game Should Become the Next Hit TV Show?” The panel is set to take place on July 25th from 6:30-7:30 PM in Room 24ABC at the San Diego Convention Center and will be hosted by Tamoor Hussain (Managing Editor, GameSpot), Lucy James (Sr. Producer, GameSpot), Chris Hayner (Sr. Editor, GameSpot), Emma Fyffe (Sr. Producer, FANDOM), and Jan Ochoa (Sr. Producer, Giant Bomb).
The 7th Annual FANDOM Party will be taking place at FLOAT at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego on July 25th, with doors opening at 7 PM.
