Talk about a nice little casting coup. TV Line reports that a former Port Charles resident has joined the cast of the summer series, “Mistresses.”
Jason Gerhardt, who played the role of Cooper Barrett on ABC Daytime’s “General Hospital,” is set to play a romantic interest for Savi (Alyssa Milano). The recurring character, Zack, is described as a “lost soul who shows up at Savi’s door in the second episode.” If that doesn’t make things complicated, Zack and Savi tend to share a connection which could falter her relationship with someone else!
After Gerhardt’s character was killed off on “GH,” the actor has made several guest appearances on such television shows as “Perception,” “Bones,” and “CSI.”
Look for “Mistresses” to return for its second season this summer on ABC.
