Coming this November, Katherine Heigl stars in a new drama on NBC, entitled, “State of Affairs.” Heigl stars as Charleston Tucker, a CIA analyst who assembles the President’s Daily Briefing. Tucker shares a close relationship with the President of the United States (Alfre Woodard), not only because of business, but because Tucker was involved with the President’s son. Now, Tucker is on a mission to find out who murdered her lover, and the President’s son.
This trailer looks mighty excellent. Woodard speaks volumes as the POTUS. Also, this show is helmed from the director of NBC’s “The Blacklist,” Joe Carnahan. “State of Affairs” could prove to be a hit show for the peacock network.
Take a look at the trailer below, and judge for yourself.
