Actress Jocelyn Hudon stopped by The BUZZ for a quick chat to promote her latest film, “The Sound.” In the thriller, a world-class group of climbers is granted access to the Forbidden Wall, a mysterious rock wall previously closed for decades. Among the climbers is Sean (Marc Hills), whose grandfather made an ill-fated attempt 63 years earlier. During the group’s ascent, they come face to face with a malevolent force that quickly turns their expedition into a harrowing battle for survival hundreds of feet above the ground.
Hudon spoke with us about the potential training that went into shooting the film as it involved a lot of rock climbing. We also talked about some of the head-tripping moments that viewers may experience. Plus, find out if the actress met and spoke with William Fichtner, who also starred in the film.
“Chicago Fire” viewers may recognize Hudon as Paramedic Lizzie Novak. The actress, who was just promoted to series regular in season 13, talked with us about her crossing over to, “Chicago Med,” and if we could possibly see more crossovers in the upcoming season. We even pitched for Lizzie Novak to have a run-in with Sgt. Hank Voight (Jason Beghe) in, “Chicago P.D.”
“The Sound” premieres in select theaters and VOD (Video On-Demand) on Friday, June 27th.
