The Paley Center for Media recently held its latest PaleyImpact program, “Still the Greatest: Muhammad Ali’s Triumphant Legacy.” The event explored how Muhammad’s iconic image has been made relevant for a younger generation, especially with the recent release of Undisputed, the first video game featuring boxing in ten years, while also spotlighting his artistry. The panelists also discussed why Muhammad Ali is considered the “Greatest of All Time,” and still inspires the world eight years after his death.
Jason Flom, American Music Industry executive and philanthropist, spoke with us about if we will ever have anyone that can compare to Ali or his legacy and why he will still be referred to as, “The Greatest.” Flom recently married Khaliah Ali, who celebrated two weeks of marriage at the event. He also was honored last year with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Awards for his work toward criminal justice reform.
