“Succession” Leads Nominations for the 75th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards

The 75th Annual Primetime Emmy Award Nominations were announced at the Hollywood Athletic Club by Emmy Nominated actress Yvette Nicole Brown and Television Academy Chair Frank Scherma. The nominations saw that “Succession” leads the pack with a total of 27, while other leading contenders included, “The Last of Us,” “The White Lotus,” and “Ted Lasso.”

One of the biggest call outs was that the main acting categories, aside from the comedy categories, had nominees only from cable/streaming platforms.
