Talk about a daytime cliffhanger! Billy Miller, who has played the role of Billy Abbott since 2009, has decided to exit “The Young and the Restless.” In the past several days, outlets have posted the news that Miller has reached an impasse during contract talks.
In a move that shocks many, David Tom, who played the role from 1999-2002, is returning to the role he also Daytime Emmys for. TV Guide Magazine’s Michael Logan broke the news on Twitter, with Angelica McDaniel, Senior Vice President of CBS Daytime, later confirming.
