The Buzz attended the Creative Arts Emmy Awards for Daytime on Friday, June 20, 2014. The ceremony took place at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles, CA.

Ashley Tisdale is the voice of the title character on The HUB Network’s “Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch.” Based on the comic book series, the character of Sabrina in this adaptation is slightly different than what we have seen in the previous version. Tisdale gave us some insight on this new take on Sabrina:

“It was cool. They showed me the animation of what it would look like, and I fell in love with it. I also loved the idea of how this Sabrina goes between witch world and real world. She’s a huge klutz and can never do anything right in the real world, but then she’s a super witch badass in the witch world. It’s fun to play those bipolar differences. She’s kind of crazy, but also a typical, normal teenager trying to not only do her homework, but also do her homework in the witch world. I just love the take on it.”

Tisdale spoke with us more about the comedy “Buzzy’s,” which will premiere in June 2015 on TBS, as well as the show “Young & Hungry,” a show she executive produced which premiered on ABC Family on June 25, 2014.
