Eric Brady is about to head back to Salem…but in just what capacity? EW has reported that Greg Vaughan is set to reprise the role on NBC’s “Days of our Lives.”
The actor took on the role, which was previously played by “Supernatural” star Jensen Ackles, in 2012. Aside from Eric’s addiction, which cost the life of Daniel Jonas, another prominent storyline was Eric sleeping with Kristen DiMera, and the affair being revealed at her wedding to Brady Black!
The character of Eric was last seen earlier this year as he was carted off to prison. Vaughan had left the series and was soon cast on OWN’s “Queen Sugar.” The actor plays the role of Calvin, a married cop who is having an affair.
Prior to joining “Days,” Vaughan has had roles on “Charmed,” “The Young and the Restless,” and “General Hospital.”
