This morning, Apple TV+ released a full trailer promoting the new season of, “The Morning Show.” Season 4 takes place two years after the end of the previous season, and we see how far people will go to make sure the end justifies the means. With twists and turns along the way, this season promises to be nothing but jam-packed.
An official synopsis from the streamer is as follows:
“With the UBA-NBN merger complete, the newsroom must grapple with newfound responsibility, hidden motives and the elusive nature of truth in a polarized America. In a world rife with deepfakes, conspiracy theories and corporate cover-ups — who can you trust? And how can you know what’s actually real?”
The trailer shows first looks at the return of Jon Hamm as Paul Marks along with the introductions to Jeremy Irons and Aaron Pierre. Prior to the merger, Bradley (Reese Witherspoon) learns that UBA was involved in a cover-up and people died. She enlists Chip (Mark Duplass) for help, while Alex (Jennifer Aniston) thinks someone is out to sabotage her.
As Alex and Bradley try to grapple with the situations at hand, expect this season to experience dramatic turns with some steamy relationships to boot. Just how will it turn from a company that embraces, “A different company, a different culture,” to the point where it ends with, “You can’t clean house if you plan to blow it up”?
Fans will find out when the season premiere of, “The Morning Show,” airs on September 17th on Apple TV+, with new episodes dropping each week up until the finale on November 19th.
