LANY Entertainment announces the addition of Daytime Emmy-winning actor David Lago (Raul, The Young and the Restless) to the cast of the Emmy-winning digital drama series THE BAY! Lago will be guest starring in the role of “Justin Ramos,” a suave know-it-all playboy and the son of Nardo Ramos (A Martinez).
Showrunner Gregori J. Martin reveals Lago’s character has an unexpected stake in Romantica, the prestigious fragrance company once run by his fashion mogul sister, the late Janice Ramos. Viewers can expect Justin to shake things up for his troubled niece Lianna (Jade Harlow) in season 5, which is gearing up to begin principle photography in July.
“David Lago is such a talented, unique force, a special human,” stated Martin. “I’m excited to have him on the show and see him bring the character of Justin to life this coming season.”
The first half of season 4 is currently available on Amazon’s Prime Video, with the second half of season 4 to be released later this spring, the date TBD.
