During the annual PaleyFest NY celebration this past weekend, The Buzz chatted with the cast and creative team of the AMC series, “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon: The Book of Carol.”
Norman Reedus, who plays the role of Daryl Dixon since the original TWD series, spoke with us about the continued popularity of the character and how filming outside of America breathes new life into the series as a whole:
“I put a lot of work into this character for a long time. We have a really great writing staff and a great cast. The filmmakers to everyone is really excited to be here. They put out quality work. We are filming in Spain now after filming two seasons in France. The locations we have, the lighting, each location brings something unique. There is a new ingestion of storyline that you get in a newer country that you couldn’t get here.”
New episodes of “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon: The Book of Carol” airs Sundays on AMC and AMC+.
