Former “General Hospital” star, Nathan Parsons, is set to star in the upcoming seventh and final season of HBO’s “True Blood.” TV Line reports that Parsons will be taking over the role of James, which was previously played by Luke Grimes.
According to TV Line, Grimes was asked to be released from his contract when the creative direction for James was going differently this upcoming season.
A “True Blood” Insider tells TVL that James will find himself in the center of an love triangle.
The show returns for its final season this summer.
