While she is not busy falling for the wrong men in Port Charles, Laura Wright takes on a new role as she has joined forces with ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and we-care.com.
As of June 17, 2014, Wright began working with the online partnership with ASPCA and we-care.com, which is a browser app that will donate a portion of shoppers’ online purchases from their favorite shopping destinations to the ASPCA at no extra cost to the shopper.
Wright has been an advocate for finding homes for the country’s abandoned or mistreated animals, and recently, she and husband, John, took in a border collie-German shepherd puppy named Fire, from the Old Yeller Rescue Ranch from Los Olivos, CA.
Now, Wright is offering the chance for a fan to win a chance to visit the set of ABC Daytime’s “General Hospital” while supporting this great cause.
Visit http://www.we-care.com/laurawright and fill out the entry form to register for your free we-care.com account. You’ll then have over 2,500 destinations to shop where you can earn donations and not cost you extra. Also, download the mobile app to receive notifications of being eligible for a donation.
