Kevin Brief may not be recognized by name, but his face has been seen in numerous television and film scenes. After moving from Brooklyn, NY to California at a young age, Brief first set his sights on playing football. However, he would soon get hit with the acting bug, and decided to make the switch before getting severely tackled on the field. As with most up and coming actors, Brief did the usual jobs, such as bartending, but soon would find himself doing theatre and television guest appearances.

One of our most talked about guest spots that Brief has done was his 1992 appearance on “The Golden Girls.” The episode featured Brief as one of the men in the Rusty Anchor bar where Blanche is jealous of Dorothy after winning over the men by her singing. The actor spoke about appearing on the show, and working with all of the four ladies: Estelle Getty, Rue McClanahan, Beatrice Arthur, and Betty White.

Also, as a host, I am not supposed to be envious, but when we talked about his “FRIENDS” guest appearance, I was indeed green with envy. Brief talked of the 2002 appearance where he was ironically a bartender in a scene with Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston. Find out what he had to say about his other guest spots, such as “Criminal Minds,” and the sitcom, “Wings,” by clicking on the player below!
