“Days of our Lives” has found its new Abigail Deveraux. EW reports that daytime newcomer Marci Miller is set to play the role that was once played by Ashley Benson and, most notably, Kate Mansi.
Earlier this year, Mansi revealed on her Instagram page that she was leaving the NBC soap. It has now been revealed when she will officially last air on the show.
The character of Abigail has been through a lot of ups, downs, and pitfalls within the past year. After being held hostage by the Red Necktie Killer, giving birth, and barely escaping death, she is now institutionalized after trying to kill her captor.
Kate Mansi’s final airdate as Abigail is on June 24th, and look for Marci Miller to appear in the role later this fall.
