One of my favorite things to chat about with anyone that will listen is food. I am not only a food-aholic, but my personal meal preference is anything that is an Italian-styled dish. What better way to chat up food than with a chef?
Chef Rocco DiSpirito is a New York Times bestselling author and award winning chef. His book, “The Pound a Day Diet,” is to help those lose up to five pounds in five days, with none of the hassle, and still get to enjoy your favorite meals. DiSpirito is set to make an appearance on NBC’s “The Biggest Loser: Glory Days.” The contestants are hit up with a cooking challenge as to who can make the healthiest, tastiest meal for Rocco. Also, expect him to offer tips on how you can enjoy that Thanksgiving meal without packing on a lot of pounds.
