Ex-“GENERAL HOSPITAL” Star Antonio Sabato, Jr. to Compete on “Dancing with the Stars”?

While the official cast list has not been announced, it has been rumored that former daytime soap alum, Antonio Sabato, Jr., will be set to compete in the new season of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.” E! Online reports that the contenders who will vie for that trophy will be announced on “Good Morning America” on September 4.

Sabato, Jr. is known to many soap fans for his role on “General Hospital” as Jagger Cates, a role he played from 1992-1994. He also reprised the role in 1995 and 2008 (on SOAPnet’s “Night Shift). He also portrayed Dante Damiano on the CBS Daytime soap, “The Bold and the Beautiful,” from 2005-2006.
